Teresa Bergman is a professor at the University of the Pacific in Stockton and Chair of the Communication Department. She has a new book out titled, The Commemoration of Women in the United States: Remembering Women in Public Space. Also, the California State Archives has released its latest digital exhibit to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the state’s ratification of the 19th Amendment, granting women the right to vote nationwide.
