Pianist Lara Downes' New Album & Upcoming Performance

Sacramento-based pianist Lara Downes is releasing a new album titled "Some of These Days.”

It’s the latest in a long line of the studio albums by the acclaimed local musician. Downes’ latest project, though, will be launched Friday with a livestreamed concert on Facebook. 

Today on Insight, Downes discusses her forthcoming album, performance, and the value of music right now.
