Jennifer Halm
Senior Director of Development
Jennifer Halm remembers listening to public radio while buckled into the back seat of her parents’ old yellow Datsun. Those years it was a lot of public radio with some Neil Diamond, James Taylor, and Karen Carpenter mixed in for good measure.
A love of public radio in particular has stuck with her, and CapRadio was the first organization she donated to after graduating from Sac State. Today she greatly enjoys her role as Director of Member Engagement at CapRadio and appreciates the opportunity to engage with other listeners.
Prior to joining Capital Public Radio in 2002, Ms. Halm worked for the Crocker Art Museum, the local chapter of The American Red Cross, and Society for the Blind.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double-major in English Literature and Art History. In her free time she is a painter and battles the tomato worms that threaten her garden produce every summer.
