Kacey was a Capital Public Radio interactive producer from January 2018 to September 2019.
Before CapRadio, she worked as the communications coordinator for North State Public Radio in Chico, California, and as an editorial assistant for the Department of Public Affairs and Publications at California State University, Chico, where she studied journalism.
While a student, Kacey was editor-in-chief of the campus newspaper, The Orion, and worked as a copy desk intern at The Sacramento Bee for two summers.
Her favorite activities include reading and writing, walking and talking, bookstore perusing and boozy brunching.
