Annie started as an associate producer with Insight in the summer of 2013 and rejoined Beth Ruyak and the rest of the team in 2014. She attends Boston University, and will spend her third year studying International Relations in Paris, France starting in September.
Annie quickly found a home at CapRadio, and hopes to continue pursuing radio as a producer or journalist. When she’s in school, Annie hosts an indie radio show at Boston University’s student-run station, WTBU, and enjoys blues dancing, running on the river, and working in cafes.

On a vacant lot in Sacramento, a herd of goats quickly became a community attraction.
In an urban setting you don’t expect to see a herd of goats grazing a couple lots over. As summer progresses, municipalities like Sacramento County are ditching lawn mowers and hiring goat herders to clear county-owned basins of overgrown brush.
The Yolo Causeway is home to thousands of bats that play a role in Sacramento's ecosystem.
