Elizabeth Ramirez graduated from Sac State with a BA in journalism and a minor in Women’s Studies in 2012. She is currently a photography student at Sacramento City College and an intern for The View from Here.
Elizabeth’s interest in journalism came after enrolling in a communications course at City College. By the end of that course, she knew journalism was her path.
Elizabeth hopes to be a foreign correspondent for National Geographic or BBC and tell personal stories from people from around the world.
During her free time, Elizabeth is usually scrapbooking, reading, listening or watching BBC or National Geographic pieces. If she is not busy with those hobbies, she will be at a Korean pop concert in Los Angeles or San Francisco.
