Born and raised in South Sacramento, Terra Lopez is an artist, musician and podcast host known for her captivating stage presence, thought-provoking artistry and relentless work to inspire real change in her community and beyond.
In 2017, Terra launched This Is What It Feels Like, an interactive auditory exhibit where cis-gender men can experience what it feels like to be a female-presenting person subjected to gender-based harassment. The exhibit received international attention and had over 15,000 people experience it at events across the globe.
Terra partnered with CapRadio to develop and host the thought-provoking podcast This Is What It Feels Like. Terra expands on the empathy-based learning approach of the initial project and engages in candid, heartfelt and insightful conversations with everyday people who have experienced extraordinary things.
