Public Information Requests

Many of CapRadio's records are available to the public under the Richard McKee Transparency Act (Cal. Education Code §§ 89913-89919).

Request Submissions

Public information requests should be submitted to the Public Information Coordinator in writing. 

Request Requirements

Requests for public information must reasonably describe identifiable records and must be focused, specific and clear enough for CapRadio to conduct a reasonable search for the records sought. The Richard McKee Transparency Act does not require CapRadio to answer questions or to create documents that do not already exist.
