The city of Sacramento says a broken water main has now been mostly repaired. The main was next to a levee and work continues to ensure the levee is repaired as well. About 30-thouand homes and businesses had been affected by the break, which happened Monday while maintenance crews were working in the area of Arena Boulevard near Truxel Road.
