It's going to be a breezy, dry morning in parts of Northern California.
The National Weather Service says humidity is low and winds are expected to be strongest Tuesday morning and into early afternoon.
The Weather Service says it expects north winds between 12 and 20 miles per hour, with gusts up to 30 miles per hour from just north of Sacramento all the way to Redding.
That means the fire danger is increased -- though a red flag warning has not been issued.
