(AP) -- Firefighters in Northern California say they're making progress battling a 10-square-mile wildfire in rugged and steep terrain in Yolo County.
The Monticello Fire near Lake Berryessa is now 71 percent contained, and full containment is expected by the end of the week.
Fire crews are making progress battling several wildfires covering a combined 33 square miles of desert rangeland in eastern Nevada and southwestern Utah.
