The 2014 edition of the California State Fair was one for the record books.
The fair ended Sunday with total paid attendance this year up 11 percent. The 750,000-plus attendance was the best in six years.
And for the first time in more than ten years, the state fair recorded four separate days with attendance of more than 70,000.
And, for the record, the fair also gave out 6,000 band-aids, and used nearly 4 million feet of toilet paper.
