The Sacramento County Department of Health and Human Services is investigating a possible case of measles in Sacramento County.
A spokeswoman for the Department says the case of the illness has not yet been confirmed-- but tests are being conducted and a report could come this afternoon.
Dozens of measles cases have been reported in recent weeks-- among people who visited Disneyland in Southern California in December.
Health officials say the majority of those cases were among people who had not received the vaccine for the illness.
