When measles first hit Disneyland, several employees were infected. The company forbid any employees who may have had contact with the ill from coming back to work until they showed proof of immunity. Disney footed the bill for those who needed to update their vaccines. Now, the University of California system will require all students to prove they've gotten the full range of vaccines, starting in 2017. What about where you work? Should employers have any responsibility to check the vaccination status of their staff?
