Some more rain is on the way to the Sacramento area which saw some drizzle over the weekend and that resulted in about a tenth of an inch in the valley and half an inch north of Sacramento.
Courtney Obergfell is with the National Weather Service. She says there's another storm system coming to the valley Monday night which is expected to last into into early Wednesday.
"It looks like dry weather is going to return for later Wednesday and into the weekend at this point," says Obergfell.
She says the storm could come with significant snow accumulations too, about six to twelve inches over the 4,000-foot elevation, and one to two feet at the higher peaks.
