If you've got a spare $12 million, Eddie Murphy's former home in the Sacramento area community of Granite Bay is back on the market. Sacramento Business Journal Editor Jack Robinson says the 2.5 acre property includes a nearly 13,000 square foot main house, a guest house, tennis courts and four wet bars. Jack also tells us about a new web site called Magilla developed by two Sacramento men that links banks with businesses that need a loan. And Roseville's Ninja Sushi & Teriyaki is moving to the site once occupied by two different Sammy Hagar-themed restaurants.
