Original Post: Caltrans officials say southbound Highway 99 at Grant Line in Elk Grove has been shut down due to a big rig crash.
A tweet from the agency says a big rig crashed into a train trestle.
All southbound lanes have been blocked and vehicles are being asked to detour.
