(AP) - Animal rights activists are applauding SeaWorld's plans to end its orca shows at its San Diego park.
Monday's announcement by SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. came after visitors to the San Diego park made it clear that they prefer to see killer whales act naturally rather than doing tricks.
Animal rights activists say they'd still like to see Sea World phase out its captivity of killer whales altogether.
