Sacramento Police are requesting help locating a person responsible for a bank robbery at the Golden 1 Credit Union on Arena Blvd.
Last Friday, around 12:24 p.m., an unshaven man wearing a cycling cap handed a teller a note requesting money. The suspect fled on a bicycle with an undisclosed amount of money.
Police describe the suspect as a light-skin black male, about five feet six inches of medium build. He was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt over a dark "Star Wars" graphic t-shirt with tan pants.
The Sacramento Police Department urges anyone with information pertaining to this crime to contact the dispatch center at (916) 264-5471 or Crime Alert at (916) 443-HELP (4357) or text in a tip to 274637 (CRIMES). Enter SACTIP followed by the tip information. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
