12:56 p.m.: CalTrans officials say the second and third lanes on northbound Interstate 5 have reopened.
The number one lane on the northbound side and another lane on the southbound side near Seamas Ave. will remain closed. There's is no estimated time of opening.
9:01 a.m.: A big rig truck has crashed on northbound Interstate 5 just before the Seamas Avenue Exit, blocking all northbound traffic.
The Fed Ex truck crashed just after 6 a.m. Thursday morning.
CHP has confirmed one person was killed. CalTrans says traffic is backed up about seven miles along I-5.
