The movie theater at Sacramento's former Downtown Plaza will reopen this year with a new name: "Century DoCo 9 Theaters." Jack also tells us about the possibility of a new high-rise being built along Capitol Mall. And he explains why the owner of Sacramento's Country Club Plaza is "happy" that the Macy's store is leaving the mall.
