The last screens at the old Cinemark theaters in Sacramento's Arden-Arcade area have closed and the remaining domes will be demolished soon. It's part of the project to renovate the Howe 'Bout Arden shopping center. Sacramento Business Journal Editor Jack Robinson gives us an update. And he talks about the Sacramento City Council's upcoming vote on whether to allow marijuana cultivation within city limits.
