New site plans indicate what kind of new businesses will be added to the redeveloped Howe 'Bout Arden shopping center in Sacramento.
Christopher Arns - the Sacramento Business Journal's managing editor for digital news - says more retail and restaurants are planned.
"The center's real estate broker recently posted a new site plan on their website showing three new tenants," says Arns. "The new stores are HomeGoods, Corner Bakery Cafe and a restaurant called Tomatina, which is an upscale Italian eatery with several Bay Area locations."
The site plans don't list exact opening dates, but HomeGoods is expected to open this fall.
The plans also show new artist renderings for a revamped Century 14 Theater which will replace the old dome theaters on Ethan Way.
