Christopher also has news about a Sacramento company unveiling a new app that could change how people in the region order meals. And Christopher says, although it's hard to find an upside to the Intel layoffs, several small tech companies in the region could conceivably snap up some of the 269 employees losing their jobs at Intel's Folsom site.
