The three leading candidates in the Sacramento mayor's race will debate Monday afternoon on the Sacramento State campus.
A list of 20 questions await the candidates. Retired boxer, Tony The Tiger Lopez, Sacramento City Councilwoman Angelique Ashby and former state senate leader Darrell Steinberg will not be told the questions beforehand.
The topics will likely include the economy, ethics in government, and the relationship between the city and the university.
The panel consists of Capital Public Radio's Bob Moffitt, the Sacramento Bee's Kevin Yamamura and Sacramento State's Aryn Fields.
About a third of the questions were submitted by the public.
ABC 10's Cristina Mendonsa will moderate the debate.
Absentee ballots in Sacramento will be mailed Monday for the June 7 election.
The event is scheduled for an hour and will be broadcast live Monday at 3 p.m. on Capital Public Radio and at CapRadio.org.
