Cal Fire says the Cold Fire in Yolo County near Lake Berryessa off of Highway 128 is now 15 percent contained at 4,700 acres.
The agency says limited and difficult access continue to plague the more than 600 personnel fighting the blaze, which is burning west of Winters.
