The Sacramento woman who shut down Sacramento's Tower Bridge during rush hour Tuesday is being held on a charge of making a terrorist threat.
Fifty-eight-year-old Karen Jeffery is also accused of making a false claim of having a bomb.
That charge could become far more serious should investigators find there were explosives in her car.
West Sacramento Police Sergeant Roger Kinney says his department is currently working to identify several suspicious items.
"These items are still under investigation, we have not concluded exactly what these items are yet," says Kinney,
The motive behind the incident has not yet been released.
The car was parked sideways on the West Sacramento side of the bridge in the westbound lanes around 2:40 Tuesday afternoon.
Tower Bridge didn't open back up again until 10 o'clock Tuesday night.
