UPDATE 9:50 p.m. May 13, 2017
Sacramento County Sheriff's homicide detectives arrested Richard Jefferson Saterfield, 21, of Sacramento for the murders of two brothers on Fruitridge Road Thursday.
A release from the department says Saterfield was aware detectives had identified him as a suspect in the shootings. He turned himself into homicide detectives Saturday.
The Sheriff’s Major Crimes Bureau located Hieu Hoang, 20, during a traffic stop in South Sacramento and took him into custody.
Deputies responded to 911 calls from a strip mall yesterday on Fruitridge and found Daniel and Sergio Murti on the ground and unresponsive.
The department says witnesses heard several gunshots and saw two people in a light-colored SUV leaving the scene.
Investigators are still trying to track down a second suspect.
Investigators have not determined a motive, but on Saturday, the department said the brothers and two suspects may have had an "encounter" before the shooting and that the brothers were not random victims.
