CAL FIRE says containment on the Detwiler Fire burning in Mariposa County increased to 40 percent overnight, with its area increasing only slightly to 76,000 acres.
Some evacuations were lifted Saturday as firefighting crews made progress on the blaze. Current evacuation orders and advisories can be found

Around 1,500 structures continue to be threatened by the fire, which has destroyed 131 buildings and damaged another 21.
