The West Sacramento man accused of killing his three children last week is facing three counts of premeditated murder with special circumstances.
Yolo County's district attorney announced the charges today against Robert Hodges.
He's also charged with one count of attempted murder of his wife.
The 32-year-old could face the death penalty, though District Attorney Jeff Reisig says his office hasn't decided if they'll seek it.
The bodies of the children... ages 11, nine and seven months... were found in the family's apartment the night of Wednesday, September 13.
