"Lady Bird" is now the most-reviewed film ever to maintain a 100 percent approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The movie and TV ratings web site says all the reviews have marked the movie as "fresh," as opposed to the "rotten" label.
"Toy Story 2" held the previous record of 100 percent approval rating through 163 reviews.
The film is set in Sacramento and features many area landmarks. It was written and directed by Sacramento native Greta Gerwig.
