Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg sat down with CapRadio for a wide-reaching chat this Tuesday — and the next day he logged on to Reddit for a very different interview.
Celebrities, individuals who have fascinating jobs and even people with just a modicum of notoriety will host "ask me anything" question-and-answer sessions on the website. This week, users quizzed Steinberg on everything from homelessness to the Mueller report.
There wasn't any breaking news, but there were notable moments.
For instance: If you're new to Sacramento, Steinberg recommends checking out the Southeast Asian restaurants on Stockton Boulevard.
We also learned that the mayor endorses Sen. Kamala Harris for the Democratic Party presidential nomination.
In all, Steinberg answered 17 questions — plus he told two "dad jokes.” Here's one of them:
"What did the buffalo say to his boy when he left the herd?"
"Bi-son."
If you're curious, here’s a link to Steinberg’s full AMA session.
