Firefighters prevented the spread of a fire burning southeast of Oroville Sunday, with evacuations downgraded to warnings.
As of Sunday evening, the Swedes Fire had burned 400 acres with 30 percent containment. Two structures have been destroyed, according to Cal Fire.
Favorable weather helped firefighters stay ahead of hot spots Sunday. All air resources have been released, and damage assessment is ongoing, according to Cal Fire.
