What do I mean when I say "classical adjacent?" Well, I mean that as time goes on and music evolves, the idea of genre as we know it tends to get blurry and artists and creators are looking for new ways to express themselves. Therefore on today’s show - I'll feature a lot of what I like to call the "classical adjacent." Whether the composer has a classical background but chose to become a rock guitarist or maybe she’s a songwriter with a flair for mixing soul with French Impressionism or he’s a jazz pianist who draws some serious inspiration from Chopin - it’s all here - on today’s Saturdays at 6. We also have some new releases and old favorites as well.
