My husband I were driving to the Grand Canyon listening to the Grand Canyon Suite by Grofe. When we got to the overlook my husband said ok close your eyes and I will guide you to the overlook. We could hear the music from our car as we walked to the overlook and then my husband said open your eyes. At that moment I was overcome by both the beauty and grandeur of the Canyon and the music. Grofe captured the Canyon in all its daily moods of Sunrise, Painted Desert, on the trail, sunset and cloudburst. Pure genius. Listening you can hear the mules on the trail and a desert storm it touches your soul.
