Insight Music explores the best new albums and live performances from local musicians.  SUNMONKS stopped by the Insight studio in the middle of a summer tour through California, Oregon and Washington to talk about their first full-length album "Two Play." House of Mary debuts songs from their first record "Clout." Cities You Wish You Were From explores their roots and finds a home in Sacramento.
