Life in 24 Frames is an indie rock band from Sacramento. Songwriter and guitarist Kris Adams appeared on Insight in December for a special acoustic performance of songs from the band's 2017 album "CTRL + Z."

That album is twelve songs, one for every month on the calendar, and each song is built around the emotions Kris was feeling in the year leading up to the birth of his first son.

Kris is planning to re-record all twelve of those songs in a stripped down, live acoustic format and release it later this year.
