It will make Chard drinkers of every type happy. It’s rich and luxurious, but still finishes light and fresh. 2011 Napa Valley Cabernet (in the $35 range). This Cab reminds you why Napa is Napa. It’s got depth and balance and a silkiness that comes from great fruit and good winemaking. I use it for some tastings and people think it’s a Cab that costs at least double the price.
