The Verge Center for the Arts is re-launching this Thursday in its new location – a former furniture warehouse a block from Sacramento’s Southside Park. Led by Liv Moe and founded by Jesse Powell, Verge is an ambitious artistic endeavor aimed to support the area’s growing art scene.
Featuring more than 30 artist studios and two exhibition spaces, the new 25,00-square-foot-space took four years and $1.7 million to renovate. We’ll talk with Moe and Powell about the new space and what it means for Sacramento artists.
