Raymond Coats is a San Francisco native and long-time performer of R&B and Blues who is one of many artists featured in this year's Cajun and Blues Festival.  Now located on the Delta Loop, the festival offers food, music, and dancing for the whole family. Accompanied by the Cool Drift Band, Raymond Coats is one of the many musicians helping celebrate the beauty of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta as well as a rich musical tradition.
