That’s the question food critic Andrea Thompson is asking at this year’s fair. The self described “high-minded foodie” is heading to the state fair in search of healthy food choices. At the same time, the Sacramento Business Journal’s social engagement manager, Sonya Sorich, is trying to find the worst foods for your waistline. Both of the food seekers are joining us to explain what they found at the opening weekend of the fair.
