Gov. Jerry Brown has nominated Stanford Law Professor to the California Supreme Court. Mariano-Florentino Cuellar is a Mexican-born Stanford Law School professor who was a special assistant for justice and regulatory policy in the Obama White House in 2009 and 2010. Veteran journalist Leo McElroy has witnessed the evolution of California's current governor and he joins us to talk about this latest appointment and what it will mean for the currently makeup of the California Supreme Court.
