West Sacramento is showing this weekend that it’s been rockin’ and rollin’ with the best of ‘em since the 1960’s. The Rock and Radio Museum and the West Sacramento Community Center are holding a celebration Saturday evening to mark the opening of a new exhibit called “Rock and Radio Remembered.”
The exhibit will feature memorabilia from the Sacramento Rock and Radio Museum and Saturday’s reception will feature live music and conversation with people like Mick Martin, Lew Fratis, Mike McGowan, Cindy Tuttle, and more. The event starts at 6:00 p.m. at the West Sacramento Community Center and proceeds will be donated to the City of West Sacramento Parks and Recreation mobile stage acquisition fund.
