With the arena, new hotels and street cars planned in the coming months and years there will be a lot of new business in the area. The question of how much growth remains to be seen though. The man who’s tasked with making capitalizing on this growth and attracting new businesses to Sacramento is Barry Broome. He’s the new CEO of Greater Sacramento Economic Council and he comes from the Greater Phoenix Economic Council. He plans to make Sacramento more business friendly and grow the region’ health technology and education technology sectors. Broome joins us as he begins his position with the economic council to explain what he sees in Sacramento’s future.
