Anyone who has ever been in charge of a caucus precinct can say it’s a lot like herding cats. Except these cats are hurling ideological and issue-based arguments at each other.

Al Gibes served as a precinct captain in Nevada’s Democratic caucus this past Saturday. He joins Insight to share the experience of up-close democracy.
