A ‘podcast’ is a digital program that can be downloaded from the internet. It’s usually part of a series – with a theme – and a podcast can be in audio and/or video.  Insight, for example, is available in a podcast.

Sacramento-based podcast "Serious Talk. Seriously." recently celebrated two-years of weekly episodes. Past guests on the interview show include Sacramento Councilwoman Angelique Ashby, Sacramento Mayor-Elect Darrell Steinberg, Comedian Johnny Taylor and even CapRadio's All Things Considered host Devin Yamanka and digital producer Melody Stone.
