In 2015, Insight spoke with Pro Publica reporter Joaquin Sapien about a residential group home in Davis, California for young people.  The home had a lengthy history of problems with its residents suffering abuse and run-ins with the law. Today, Insight follows up with Sapien about the latest developments and an $11 million jury verdict against the home for one of the teenagers who was abused.
