Unanswered Questions Around The End Of DACA

President Donald Trump and Attorney General Jeff Sessions have announced plans to begin phasing out the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. While politicians and activists erupted with fervor at the announcement, there are still lots of unanswered questions.

McGeorge Immigration Clinic supervising attorney Blake Nordahl returns to Insight to provide some answers and explain which questions are still open. The McGeorge Immigration Clinic continues to offer free legal services for DACA renewals through March 5, 2018.
