The US Supreme Court has some blockbuster cases on the docket, and a few sleepers that could rock the legal and political world in the 2017-2018 term.

McGeorge School of Law Professor Leslie Gielow Jacobs returns to Insight with a preview of the upcoming term and highlights for which cases might have a big impact. Prof. Jacobs will focus on the Wisconsin redistricting case that could shape political boundaries before the next election, which is being argued in the high court today. She will also discuss cases dealing with sports betting, the Trump travel ban and a Colorado bakery that refuses to serve LGBT customers.
