Last week a Sacramento jury sided with the city in a case that challenged whether homeless people could camp in city streets. Mark Merrin, the attorney representing the homeless, is now pursuing a federal case and seeking plaintiffs in the county. SN&R reporter Raheem Hosseini has been following the case closely.
